The way you feel about talking about sex and sexual health with your partner is often a good sign of whether or not you are ready to have sex with them.

Our sexual health section will give you information about the different ways you can protect yourself from sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and will talk you through what to expect when you visit a sexual health clinic.

This section is going to focus on the physical side of relationships.  If you want to look up more about the emotions that you'll experience your beginning or in a relationship click here and you'll be taken to the relationships section.

To look after your own sexual health you have to look after your partners sexual health too.
