Isobel Grigor – Chief Executive

Isobel is the Chief Executive of Calman Trust, having supported the organisation since its formation in 1998. Isobel leads the operational team, ensuring that we do as we say, consistent with our values, serving the needs of young people, and building the organisation’s future.

Andrew is the Calman Trust Operations Manager with. Having left Calman in 2012 to work with VSO in Rwanda, Andrew returned to the organisation at the end of 2013. He now works with Isobel to deliver the organisation’s strategic plan, and to support our management team in ensuring the plan is implemented.

Bill Hickey – Training Services Manager

Bill is Calman’s Training Services Manager and he is responsible for developing and overseeing the training activity of the Trust, working closely with our trainers and operational team to ensure that the way we train young people is both effective and consistent with Calman’s values.

Scott Murray – Business Development Manager

Scott is the Calman Trust Business Development Manager, responsible for developing our social enterprise activity through Calman Enterprise, including Cafe Artysans, Made by Artysans and Ness Hand Made Toiletries. Given that every business transaction is a young person’s training opportunity, Scott works closely with Bill to ensure that growth of our business activity is aligned with new and improved opportunities for young people.
