Highland Youth Voice are looking for Highland's new Youth Convener.

You would be a key representative of young people in Highlands, working at developing the Highland Youth Voice and other initiatives that increase youth involvement in the decisions that have an impact on young people's lives. 

It is a really great opportunity.

The play called '365' is coming to Eden Court Theatre on the 13-16th August. 

They are looking for people aged 16-20 years to be extras in their cast.

MIGRATION SURVEY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE


A major online survey has been launched to find out what people aged

15 to 30 think about jobs, quality of life, communication and more in the Highlands and Islands. The survey aims to discover what the deciding factors are for young people staying, moving to or returning to the area. The survey only takes around ten minutes to complete.

Quick to the Cut

Professional Chef Training Programme.

A quick, professional, work based route into chefing.

The programme is 12 weeks long and takes place at the Macdonald Aviemore Highland Resort.

Once you've completed the programme you will be awarded with a Level 2 qualification in Professional Cookery and a certificate or work experience.

Applications to be received by the Monday 28th July.

Funding Opportunities for young people

A new source of funding for pupils/former pupils of Highland Council secondary schools is now available. This will be an excellent source of funding for a limited number of young people in Highland.
