Quick to the CutProfessional Chef Training Programme. A quick, professional, work based route into chefing. The programme is 12 weeks long and takes place at the Macdonald Aviemore Highland Resort. Once you've completed the programme you will be awarded with a Level 2 qualification in Professional Cookery and a certificate or work experience. Applications to be received by the Monday 28th July. If you have an idea that you'd like to take forward and need some financial assistance....this might be your answer. GO for it!! The forum currently has all sorts of conversations going on. You can read the comments people have To join, just click on the link above, then click register, then agree to the terms and click submit, click on the think of a user name and fill in your email address. You'll then be emailed a temporary password. Once you receive the email, highlight the password, right click, then copy. Then you can login on the forum page by pasting the password from your email.
