Healthy Eating
One of the most important things you can do for your child is give them a healthy, balanced diet.
Children under 5 years old should try to eat at least five "child-sized" portions of fruit and vegetables each day. As a rough guide, a "child-sized" portion is about the size of a child's loose fist.
