Young Carers
Young carers are young people who have to grow up quickly and take on responsibilities that many other people their age haven't even thought about yet, because their parents or carers are not able to look after them for example as a result of ill health or drug & alcohol addiction.

As much as you may like taking care of the person you love, we understand how someone's emotions can change from day-to-day. Growing up is difficult for everyone but can be even harder for a young carer because you often have to put others before yourself.
It can be a tough situation and this section is here to provide you with some extra support for those more difficult days.
